  • We also offer Maintenance plans which consists of Spring cleaning and Air Conditioning start up and Fall cleaning and Heat start up.  Yearly maintenance plans start at $109 per unit.

     

    *Dirty air filters cause your unit to work twice as hard so for more efficiency, be sure you change your return air filter monthly or more often in areas that tend to generate more dust than usual such as high traffic areas and homes where pets primarily stay.*

For Tax Credit Information:

 

Tax Credit is 30% of installed total...up to $1,500.

Effective January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010.

This tax credit can only be claimed to your primary residence, no rental property and no new construction.

Units must be a certain SEER rating, please ask us for further information.

The Tax Form 5695 (2009) is the form you will use to at tax time, it will be available later this year.
